What are the details of Internet reservations?
Submit our on-line reservation form with all the information requested.
Our sales office will contact you about availability within 24 hours of your request.
If our sales office confirms availability, fully complete and fax our mail-order form to +90 (212) 224 4013 as soon as possible.
Please be sure to enter your credit card information correctly and fully in the mail-order form to guarantee your reservation.
As soon as your reservation is guaranteed with your credit card, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
For your own security, please never e-mail your credit card information.
For stays shorter than 30 nights,the amount of one night accommodation is charged at the time of mail-order reservation.
For stays longer than 30 nights, 30 nights is charged at the time of mail-order reservation.

What are your cancellation procedures?
Cancellations of daily reservations can be made 24 hours or more prior to check in.Cancellations of monthly reservations can be made 14 days or more prior to check in.
-We issue full refunds for reservation cancellations realized under the circumstances mentioned above.The probable bank transfer cost of the cancellation belongs to our visitor.
-We charge one night's stay(one weeks stay for monthly reservation cancellations) for daily reservation cancellations,which are not realized under the circumstances mentioned above.
